In 1992 I came home to Vancouver Island after working for twenty-one years in the Northwest Territories and Alberta. On Saturna Island and later on southern Vancouver Island I developed Tidewater Communications as an independent editorial service. I have also worked as a scriptwriter, a writing instructor, a journalist, a photographer and a book scout for a major publisher.
