Awen, a political novel of eighth-century Celtic Britain, was published in 1997 by Eastern Washington University Press.

Ginger: The Life and Death of Albert Goodwin, a biography of a British Columbia labor leader who died in mysterious circumstances, was released in 1990 by Harbour Publishing.

Merlin's Web, a novel about terrorism in contemporary Wales, was released in 1987 by Irwin Publishing in Toronto and Beech Tree Books (William Morrow) in New York (paperback editions by Seal-Bantam in Toronto in 1988 and by Avon Books in New York in 1989).

Earthquake: Surviving the Big One was published in 1992 by Lone Pine Publishing.
